“The 2020 Red Wine is based on 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a similar deep purple hue as well as beautiful purity in its red, blue, and black fruits, and it has ample spicy, floral, graphite-like nuances. It’s medium to full bodied with a ripe, layered, concentrated mid-palate, and building tannins on the finish. It’s a slightly more broad, sexy effort compared to the Cabernet Sauvignon release, but all three 2020s from Corliss are beautiful wines.”
